I was discussing this with my cousin and we thought it would a be a fun mode. We were thinking it would be fun to have an online 1v1 sort of mode, where you 1v1 another player in PvP combat. Each player can pick a character and a loadout of 3 or so weapons and 3 potions, then battle it out.
bought it asap on steam. love the game. You might want to concinder to add community conent (modding) in the future to keep the game fresh and entertaining :)
there will be question mark icons on the map just like sensei, blacksmith and shrine.
every question mark icon represents one new champ.
if you don't want to spend time for this, press 21st letter on alphabet for three seconds on the main menu. this will unlock other three champs and all armory.
I really love this game. I could write an emotional comment, but I won't. In short, thanks for making this game. I have some suggestions. Could you add an option or unlockable feature to choose a starting weapon?
ive looked at the steam page for this game, i would definitely recommend releasing a "classic" version of this game, there are some who would appreciate playing the game as it is (i like the character designs as they are) but otherwise, amazing game! the high of executing a perfect combo cannot be matched by any other. in conclusion, amazing work!
I have a couple small suggestions/request so far: Add a tooltip on the effects of the abilities after they've been picked and implement a way to add and remove the cards using the keyboard, so the game can be played without the mouse.

I like that you fixed the bizarre interacting with the sacrificing hp for gold. (The one where you could sacrifice your shield and get gold, but it says hp for gold)
does anyone know how to execute the shadow's ability (phase)? I am playing the game on browser, and cannot enter tutorial mode with the shadow, it automatically picks the wanderer.
oh, got it. when I try it first time, there was no free cell behind enemy, and nothing happened. I thought there was different way to do it. now I see how it works.

Absolute gem. After the first run that made me understand the simple but not stupid mechanics I got hooked!
Simple and pretty, like mini-chess with less random and pure skill

after countless of failed attempts, I finally managed to get swift killer achievement in hard mode.

? I'm using a qwerty keyboard so I'm pressing and holding 'x' on the main menu but it's not working...

10/10, this could totally be compatible with mobile too. Not that I use mobile, it's just that there are few games which are so simple. Anyways...
finally combo master with ronin. spear helps a lot about this.

swift killer: defeat the shogun in less than 15 minutes
is this doable? if so, how exactly?
ive actually gotten pretty close myself, havent gotten it though
my best run in hard mode is 31:28 with shadow. not even close, so I was kinda curious if it's actually possible or not.
I mean shogun slayer and total obliteration is fine, but combo master and swift killer is something else.

same thing, just face an enemy, and try walking through them.
